Let's just put life on pause for the next few minutes and meditate.
Follow these three simple steps for your basic introduction to
Step 1

Put your devices on mute and close any tabs. 
Set your timer
3-5 minutes.

Step 2

Sit comfortably with you back straight.

 Relax your shoulders, forehead and jaw.

Step 3

Breathe in through the nose for a count of 4.
Exhale for a count of 6

Place your hands in your lap.


Focus all of your attention on your breath and just watch the waves.

The first key to change is awareness.
No need to question or judge any thoughts that arise.
